We are seeking a highly qualified instructional leader to provide support and guidance to our staff and students that aligns with our strategic plan.
This position works collaboratively with the High School Principal and the Associate Principal of Athletics and Activities as part of the administrative team.
The desired person has compassion for and a deep understanding of the developmental stages of a High School student.Some key experiences include restorative practices, building a high school schedule, working with student attendance concerns, intervention planning, using data to inform decisions, and collaborating with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:
K-12 Administrative license, or the ability to obtain correct licensure through PELSBMaster's degree (emphasis in Educational Leadership, Organizational Leadership or Curriculum and Instruction preferredKnowledge of current trends, research and best practices in instructional effectivenessInterpersonal skills necessary to develop honest and trusting relationships with teachers and staff to collectively reach building and district goalsDemonstrates effective communication skills and partnerships with diverse student and family populationsA responsible and accountable leader who provides clear direction and support to staff, proven success in making effective decisions and follow through with staff, parents and studentsEvidence of successful secondary school administrative experience preferredMinimum five years of instructional experience at the secondary level
