Core Requirements:

Minimum three years of operational and/or healthcare industry experience required.
Proficiency in defining user and functional requirements, with BSA certification or equivalent credential preferred.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, familiar with healthcare plan and case management software.
Expertise in presenting data graphically, including the use of pivot tables and creating flowcharts using tools like Visio, Smartsheet, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Lucid charts.
Strong organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills essential, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
