We are a medium-sized, family-owned biotechnology company headquartered in Frankfurt am Main.

Job Description:

Processing orders and creating domestic and international invoices in compliance with tax laws
Reviewing, coding, and posting ongoing business transactions
Independently resolving and reconciling customer accounts, including communication with customers and internal departments regarding payments
Managing payment runs, reminders, and balance reconciliations
Maintaining and updating customer master data in the ERP system
Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
Generating statistics and reports

Requirements:

Completed commercial training or degree and relevant work experience in financial accounting
Good knowledge of tax laws is advantageous
Proficiency in English is required
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility in work approach
Affinity for numbers and proficiency in ERP systems (ideally Navision) and MS Office applications
