Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Full-Time at Beasley, TX


We are a medium-sized company that develops, produces, and distributes aftermarket exhaust systems and customizing parts for Harley-Davidson, Indian, and BMW motorcycles under the brands KESSTECH and V-TEAM internationally.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced leader for the position of "Sales Manager".

In this key role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and disciplinary and operational management of our sales team.

You will actively engage with the results of your own work and that of your team by continuously gathering feedback through customer visits and trade show appearances.

The travel component will range from 10-20%, depending on the nature of your own work.

Responsibilities:


  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Leadership, motivation, and development of the internal and external sales teams
  • Identification of new business opportunities and expansion of the customer base
  • Close collaboration with other departments, particularly marketing and product development
  • Budget planning, monitoring, and success control in the sales department
  • Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction

Education/Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:


  • Experience in sales/sales management, preferably in the motorcycle industry
  • Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification in business administration or marketing
  • Leadership skills
