How You Can Make an Impact

Providing expert support to team members in sales, order processing, testing, and aftersales on commercial matters
Reviewing and drafting contract terms for international tenders and agreements in collaboration with sales, legal, taxes, etc.
Negotiating commercial terms for orders/framework agreements with customers and actively participating in offer approvals
Reviewing cost calculations, order controlling, and other financial tasks such as reporting, planning, and monitoring
Managing warranties and guarantees
Asset management (inventory and receivables)
Assisting with audits and inspections (auditors, customer audits, etc.)
Digitizing and automating assigned processes

What You Bring

Completed commercial training or degree
Extensive experience in sales and order management controlling
Excellent SAP R3 knowledge (CO-PA, SD)
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and negotiation skills
