What you will be doing with us:

Your expertise is reliable: You advise the executives of our REWE and PENNY stores in the West region on personnel recruitment.
You take responsibility: for the recruiting process of various positions in our stores. This includes clarifying the job requirements, advertising the position in suitable recruiting channels, and preselecting candidates based on their application documents. You will also conduct telephone interviews with candidates.
Strong together: You work hand in hand in tandem from recruiting to hiring a candidate.
You coordinate all interfaces: by working closely with various stakeholders (HR/administration & payroll/sales).
Your ideas for the future: As part of process adjustments, you are committed to crosscutting topics in the nationwide Recruiting Center of the REWE Group.
You are a contact person and representative: You attend career fairs and represent the Recruiting Center at regional meetings.
