Responsibilities:
- Conducting scheduled maintenance work
- Property management
- Gardening/cleaning tasks
- Minor repairs/maintenance work
Requirements:
- Experience in a trade or skilled labor (e.g. completed apprenticeship in a trade)
- Reliable and conscientious work ethic
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and work well in a team
- Fluent in German
