This job opportunity is for a position in the production department of a medium-sized company located in West Babylon, NY.

The main focus of this role is on painting high-quality car parts for premium automotive manufacturers.

You will work as a
Production Employee (m/f/d) in the paint shop.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting visual quality checks and inspecting the surface of the parts
Preparing and processing plastic and carbon parts
Finishing and final inspection of painted parts
Participating in measures to improve delivery quality

We expect from you:

Previous experience in production is an advantage but not mandatory
High level of quality awareness
Independent work style
Flexibility and resilience
Willingness to work in shifts
Reliability is a basic requirement
Ideally, you have a driver's license to reach the workplace
