- Provide support by responding to incoming emails/calls/requests and answering questions, providing solutions, and/or escalating requests to more senior team members when necessary.
- Maintenance of up-to-date, compliant employee records in HRIS systems.
- Process new hire paperwork including I-9s and entering new hires into the payroll system.
- Draft and process promotion letters and separation agreements, ensuring all information is correctly added into UKG.
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Able to work a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days/week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes commuting distance of the office.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
