    Description

    Job Title: Part-Time Personal Injury Attorney

    Location: Atlanta, GA
    Schedule: Hybrid, 15-30 hours per week
    Compensation: $40-$50 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients in various personal injury cases including but not limited to medical malpractice, general liability, workers' compensation, auto accidents, trucking, and construction injuries.
    • Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution, including significant trial preparation and strategic case planning.
    • Collaborate effectively with legal support staff and ensure compliance with all court requirements.
    • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court to achieve the most favorable outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.
    • Minimum of four years' experience specializing in insurance defense or plaintiff's personal injury law.
    • Demonstrable experience in trial preparation, case strategy development, and a strong history of successful case results.
    • Proficient in managing multiple cases simultaneously with a high degree of precision and expertise.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of personal injury law and the complexities associated with the various types of cases listed. Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in either insurance defense or plaintiffs' personal injury are crucial.
