    Activités principales

  • Respecter les Procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les programmes de l'entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et exigences applicables, mettre en pratique les politiques et les normes de l'entreprise.
  • S'approprier le rôle de créateur de designs personnalisés en utilisant le modèle ABC Livrer comme convenu afin d'établir des relations avec tous les clients tout en créant des solutions d'encadrement sur mesure. *Atteindre des résultats de vente et de production
  • Prendre des commandes d'encadrement de qualité exceptionnelles et les livrer à temps.
  • Maintenir le rayon des cadres prêts à l'emploi et autres aires assignées en effectuant l'OSEM et le réapprovisionnement dirigé.
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle courtois, aider les clients à magasiner et à trouver ce qu'ils recherchent, assurer la présentation adéquate des marchandises et leur réapprovisionnement afin que les clients puissent magasiner facilement.
  • Suivre les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les programmes de l'entreprise.
  • Soutenir les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.
  • Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l'engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres.
  • Participer aux processus de déchargement du camion et de stockage pour assurer que les normes des livraisons par camion sont suivies et que le budget est respecté.
  • Utiliser une caisse enregistreuse et manipuler l'argent selon les normes.
  • Accueillir les clients, les aider à trouver les produits et offrir des solutions.
  • Aider avec les processus omnicanaux.

    • Work Environment

  • public retail store setting taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings
