In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning and executing successful events for our clients. Whether it's a corporate gathering, a conference, or a charity fundraiser, you will have the opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and creativity. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart their career in event management.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
    • Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure their needs and expectations are met
    • Research and recommend suitable venues for events
    • Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within budgetary constraints
    • Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, lodging, and catering
    • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop event concepts and themes


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
