Structural Engineer - Indianapolis, United States - Actalent
Description
:We are looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer that will perform technical design of site grading and drainage, building and equipment foundations and steel structures. This engineer will work with STAAD Pro, STAAD Foundation and other software packages to perform structural engineering on projects for industrial clients. This person must be able to direct the design team in the completion of construction drawings.
This person would be joining in and running their own projects. They would be supported by junior engineers and a designer.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience (needs to be industrial, institutional, or commercial)
PE License
Experience using STAAD or another engineering software (they stopped using RISA 3D but that experience would still work)
AutoCAD Proficiency
Nice-to-haves:
Exposure to 3D modeling (Revit, RISA, etc.)
Exposure to working with seam files
SE would be great
