    Structural Engineering Team Leader - Indianapolis

    Description

    This unique Structural Engineering Team Leader position in Indianapolis offers a chance for ambitious individuals looking for autonomy and support to help grow the local Indy office as part of a national firm.

    The ideal candidate has strong connections in the A/E/C community and is seeking to overcome challenges hindering them from establishing their own practice.

    With mentorship and resources from the Latitude Reporting Center, you will collaborate with KPFF's relationships in the Indianapolis market to bring innovation to the community and define your path to success. Backed by existing workload, systems, and values, this role allows you to be part of a larger regional group driving towards shared goals. Similar models have successfully launched in other cities like Cincinnati, Nashville, and Austin.

    Qualifications
    - Senior Structural Engineering Leader with over 10 years of experience in building design
    - Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in IN and/or surrounding states
    - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural
    - Demonstrated management experience leading teams
    - Established relationships in the A/E/C community

    Schedule
