    Description

    Lead Structural Engineer

    What you will be Doing: Design, analyze, and ensure structural integrity for diverse projects. Lead teams to meet standards, budgets, and deadlines.

    • Leading Projects: From conception to completion, ensure projects meet design standards, budgets, and deadlines.
    • Designing Structures: Develop detailed designs considering safety, sustainability, and functionality.
    • Analyzing Structural Systems: Conduct thorough analyses to assess design integrity and performance.
    • Overseeing Teams: Guide and support engineers and drafters throughout project lifecycles.
    • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Reviewing Plans: Analyze drawings and specifications, suggesting improvements for accuracy and completeness.
    • Managing Resources: Efficiently manage personnel, budget, and materials to meet project goals.
    • Ensuring Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to verify design and construction safety.
    • Providing Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on structural engineering principles.
    • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Understanding of structural engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
    • Effective time management and project management abilities.

    Education/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
    • Several years of experience in structural engineering.
    • Proficiency in structural analysis software, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
