    Description

    We are a small, fast-growing, entrepreneurial full-service MBE consulting engineering firm offering Civil & Environmental, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Disciplines. We have a relaxed but highly proficient culture that supports a wide variety of unique and challenging projects - our many repeat clients come to us with problems others find difficult to solve. We are very good at and enjoy our work, and it shows - if you are getting bored knocking out another 'box of beams' we want to talk with you.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Work directly with clients to evaluate needs.
    • Develop and design best project approach, elements and details - operational design and delivery of segmented projects for clients, including sub-consultant teams.
    • Ensure projects are delivered with high quality, in a timely and economical fashion.
    • Mentor and develp Junior Engineers as you direct the work of department staff.
    • Certify and maintain full professional responsibility for all structural deliverables.
    • Ongoing project construction administration.
    • Maintain/Develop client relationships.

    If you are up for the challenge, we are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead our Structural Design group.

    Successful candidate must:

    • Have BS or MS in Civil Engineering with an Structures Concentration.
    • Have Indiana PE certification.
    • Have excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
    • Be quality focused with experience in performing calculations and developing construction documents.
    • Have minimum 10 years experience, successfully delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high quality documentation.

    Water and Wastewater, AutoCad skills and work experience a plus.
