Description

Violand is currently seeking a driven leader to join our team, bringing passion and purpose to our organization. With over 120 years of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing portfolio of 2,000 business clients, while also focusing on expanding our client base through referrals and leads. You will lead a small team in these tasks and will have the opportunity to master the necessary skills to advance into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing clients
Identify new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activities and track results
Train and mentor incoming team members on established systems
Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective time management and meeting deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
Capability to prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
Passion for assisting individuals and building connections
Sales or customer service background
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Community involvement
Experience with CRMs (preferably Salesforce)

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
Clean background and personal transportation
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before promotion
