Description

VIOLAND is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a fiery passion and clear sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we stand as pioneers in our industry. In this role, you will delve into our established processes, catering to our existing base of 2,000 business clients, fostering relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads, and guiding a small team to carry out these functions. Your journey will involve mastering the necessary skills and systems, training and nurturing your team members, with a future path leading to the Agency Director position. This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base.
Explore new business opportunities (B2B).
Supervise team activities and outcomes.
Train and mentor new team members on existing systems.
Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM.
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Experience in sales or customer service.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Active involvement in the community.
Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).

Licensing Requirements:

Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
Must possess a clean background and have reliable transportation.
Undergo a 45-day assessment period before progression.
