Your responsibilities with us:

  • Managing all aspects of employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding: creating employment contracts, contract changes, individual personnel measures, references, etc.
  • Maintaining employee time accounts
  • Managing personnel and payroll accounting
  • Coordinating and implementing company pension plans through salary conversion and managing the interface with external service providers
  • Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification as a "Personnel Specialist" (m/f/d)
  • Relevant experience in human resources and company pension plans
  • Good knowledge of social security and income tax laws
  • Excellent knowledge of common MS Office products, DATEV knowledge is a plus
  • Absolute reliability,
