Group Controller in Healthcare (m/f/d) | Bremen or Munich


The Private Equity-led company group Zentrum Gesundheit / REALEYES is a renowned provider of outpatient ophthalmic services with approximately 50 practice and operating locations nationwide.

The company aims to expand regional patient care with high dynamics, develop the ophthalmic service portfolio in a patient-oriented manner, and thus grow above the average of the healthcare market.


To complement the senior management team, we are looking for a controller for the group's core tasks in the CFO area at the Bremen or Munich location.


Group Controller in Healthcare (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

  • Preparation and commentary on internal and external monthly financial reporting (including PE owners/financiers)
  • Preparation and commentary on performanceoriented KPI reporting
  • Preparation of special analyses and evaluations to support management
  • Managing the group's liquidity and investment planning
- (Co-)design and management of the Performance Program Office (PMO)

  • Preparation of budgeting and mediumterm financial planning
  • Support and sparring for management (CEO/CFO)
  • Intensive contact with Private Equity owners
  • Location: Bremen or Munich

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or similar
  • Several years of experience in controlling in a (small) group
  • Proficient in handling complex figures, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
  • Independent, conceptual work and continuous improvement approach
