Human Resources Officer (m/f/d):

EULE Corporate Capital GmbH is a consulting company specialized in corporate finance, communication, and sustainability management in the capital market. We provide comprehensive and implementation-oriented advice and support to medium-sized companies in all financing and capital market matters.

At our location in Hamburg, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a


Human Resources Officer (m/f/d)
part-time or full-time.


Your tasks:


  • Support employees in all personnelrelated and labor law issues
  • Responsible for applicant management (posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, etc.)
  • Optimization and management of the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Responsible for traditional personnel administration such as contract management, change notifications, reference letters, and salary adjustments
  • Drive individual development measures
  • Sparring partner for management in HRrelated areas

What you bring:


  • A degree in business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • High employee and service orientation
  • Proactivity, willingness to take responsibility, and a desire to make a difference
  • Very good German and good English skills
