For our central human resources department, we are looking for a


Human Resources Officer (f/m/d)
with 20 hours per week, permanent.

Your tasks:


  • Independent calculation of personnel costs for utilization reports and annual budget planning as well as for the preparation of refinancing negotiations
  • Support of our managers in interpreting the calculation results to derive measures
  • Participation in the calculation of personnel provisions
  • General administrative tasks in the personnel department and participation in projects
  • Contact person for employees and managers regarding questions about payroll and personnel administration

Your profile:


  • First relevant professional experience in human resources with corresponding training
  • Very good knowledge of labor, social security and tax law as well as payroll accounting
  • Proficient handling of HR software, preferably fidelis Personal, and very good Excel skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of AVR Caritas or TVÖD
  • Enjoyment
