Your task:


As a
Mergers and Acquisitions Associate (m/f/d), you will be involved in transactions, corporate finance consulting projects, company analyses, and valuations in the Monowi, NE area.


  • You will conduct balance sheet analyses, financial modeling, and company valuations for smaller M&A deals using common methods (DCF and multiple analyses, creating and validating business plans, compiling key figures)
  • You will create presentations, brief profiles, and informational materials for potential investors
  • You will be responsible for preparing and creating decision templates
  • You will conduct research on industries, companies, investment activities, and transactions
  • You will work on corporate projects

Your Profile:


You have a degree in a business-related field or a completed vocational training with several years of professional experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, transactions, etc.


Furthermore, you possess the following knowledge and skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, accounting, and analysis of business models
  • Indepth knowledge of data and document analysis and preparation
  • Strong problemsolving skills
