    JOB DESCRIPTION: Human Resource Generalist sought by a major Services Company. Job located in Las Vegas, NV reporting to Director HR. Job will cover the full range of HR Responsibilities. Seeking someone who desires to be developed into the Human Resources Manager role. Must bilinguall in English and Spanish. Job functions include:

    Provide HR support to 200 employees spread out between the locations of Phoenix, Tucson, Yuma, Flagstaff. Will travel some to each location.

    Manager HR activities of Recruitment, Onboarding, Cultural Change, Employee Communications,

    Employee Grievances & Resolutions of same.

    Develop a confident relationship with the Director HR and Regional VP Operations.

    Provide frequent communications to key management on Employee Operations aspects.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    *Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.*

    BS Degree in Human Resources or related Degree.

    Minimum 3 years HR experience in a Manufacturing or Construction environment preferred.

    Moderate travel 20%.

    Growth oriented and willing to learn Progressive HR approaches.

    Demonstrated Communications, Interpersonal , Leadership attributes.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75, $95,000.00 per year
