Job DescriptionSeeking experienced Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist is managed directly by the Human Resources Manager and handles the ongoing, day-to-day support of the Human Resources Department.
Primary Responsibilities:
Under the guidance and direction of the Human Resources Manager, the HR Generalist is responsible for performing routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to employee relations, leave of absences, talent, compliance, and benefits to support the employee life cycle. The HR Generalist will act as the main point of contact for employees' inquiries on Human Resource-related topics.
Included responsibilities:
•Bilingual - English (verbal and written) and Spanish (verbal and written)
•Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
•3+ years of HR experience preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
•Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task and to delegate them when appropriate.
•Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance.
•Software knowledge
