About ISE:

Integrated Systems Events is a global company that specializes in organizing and managing high-level B2B events for the PRO AV and systems integration industry.

Our flagship event, Integrated Systems Europe, is the premier trade fair for the latest technologies and solutions in creating visual experiences.

Held annually in February, the event attracts an international audience in Barcelona.

We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Director (f/m/d) to join our team in Clarkston, GA.

Your responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for our exhibitions and events
Lead and mentor a team of 8 marketing professionals
Monitor and analyze market and industry trends to continuously improve our marketing strategy
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with client needs
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase participation from visitors and exhibitors
Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media platforms
Manage and track the marketing budget in partnership with the Managing Director
Work with external service providers and agencies to create effective marketing materials

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the exhibition or event industry
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Experience in leading and managing a marketing team
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive
