Description
_Support our client - a public authority in Loogootee, IN - starting immediately with the following interesting and varied tasks:_ Point of contact for employees, visitors, and the gate service provider
Reception and accompaniment of guests, external parties, and service companies
Admission of authorized persons or their guests, pick-up at the entrance
Issuance and return of keys (meeting rooms, spare keys for offices, service vehicles, etc.)
Maintaining the key register
Checking the cleanliness and order of rooms
Refilling copiers with paper
Confirming receipt of deliveries
Confirming performance records
Processing incoming and outgoing mail and sorting
Handling relevant email correspondence
Forwarding complaints to service companies
Stocking, monitoring, and issuing office supplies in the office
Opening and preparing meeting rooms and offices
Accompanying the cleaning service or other service providers
The position is part-time (30 hours/week) from Monday to Friday: 09:00 am - 03:00 pm.
- The following qualifications are required:_
Excellent written and spoken German
Proficient in using a PC
Familiarity with common MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Knowledge of general office tasks
