Operations Administrator
Philadelphia, PA ($ USD/hour) (Paid Training)
Highlights of the job:

A Day in the Role:
·Update authorized signer documentation for bank accounts managed by Global Treasury
•Forging and maintaining relationships with other internal departments
·Follow up with banks on status of requests
·Perform and maintain Global Bank Administration System database updates
·Perform audits of the authorized signers for bank accounts managed by Global Treasury
Requirements:
·Bachelor's or equivalent education and experience required
·1-3 years of work experience, Treasury or banking experience
·Microsoft Excel: Pivots and VLOOKUP
·Microsoft Word: Letter generation
