    Description

    Attention Product Managers LHH is actively seeking a dynamic individual with at least 3 years of Product Management experience to join our client's team in the Dallas area. If you have a proven track record of driving product releases through effective collaboration and possess strong strategic thinking and communication skills, we want to hear from you

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management
    • Demonstrated success in collaborating with partners to plan, execute, and track product releases

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute product roadmap and growth strategy for assigned categories
    • Collaborate with Marketing to launch marketing plans for new products, ensuring accurate product specifications
    • Lead product knowledge training development for field selling organization, customers, and end users
    • Monitor financial performance and key indicators, implementing corrective actions as needed
    • Optimize costing negotiations and procurement procedures with procurement team
    • Create and execute programs with strategic vendor partners to support product marketing and category growth

    Skills:

    • Experience presenting to various audiences, including senior management, customers, and at industry events
    • Strong business acumen and demand planning expertise
    • Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute effective strategies
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate product vision
    • Proficient in project management to drive product roadmap from inception to completion
