    Position Overview:

    Working under minimal supervision, the Product Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring top-tier product quality by steering the product vision, roadmap, and competitive product positioning. Additionally, the role involves determining target assortments based on consumer needs and market demands to drive profitable growth and enhance product distinctiveness.

    Main Duties:

    • Drive profitable growth for assigned product lines.
    • Develop and execute the vision and strategic roadmap for product lines.
    • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for product lines.
    • Oversee product launches from conceptualization to market introduction with excellence.
    • Present annual product line review recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Assess and evaluate product change impacts.
    • Analyze market variables and offer insights on their business implications or necessary adjustments to the strategy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement product differentiation strategies in the market.
    • Work with Sales and eCommerce teams to position our products uniquely in the market to cater to customer and consumer needs effectively by channel.
    • Ensure accuracy of product master data, classification, interchanges, and feature & benefit claims.
    • Evaluate product line performance, identifying areas of improvement.
    • Collaborate with Brand marketing to shape messaging and positioning of our products in the market.
    • Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience, automotive aftermarket knowledge is advantageous
    • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Experience in Project Management
    • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach
    • Capable of working independently with effective prioritization and follow-up
    • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
    • Demonstrated analytical capabilities
    • Able to travel up to 25%

    Working Environment:

    • Ability to maintain a seated posture for extended periods
    • Regular use of hands for handling, talking, and hearing, as well as standing and walking
    • Specific visual abilities including close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
    • Occasional lifting and/or moving of items weighing 20+ lbs
    • Prolonged usage of personal computer & telephone
    • Capability to operate a motor vehicle
