Requirements for Production/Plant Manager

What we are looking for in this position:

Leadership skills

Bilingual able to communicate with English/Spanish employees (not mandatory but helpful)

Problem solving/Critical thinking skills

Time management and able to delegate work

Ability to come in early or stay late if needed

Self-motivated

Understanding of shipping and receiving

Good communication with clients, vendors, and employees

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Excel)

Knowledge of integrated business software

Production Duties

Review inventory items for upcoming order

Manage inventory and assist keeping warehouse organized, order raw materials (paper & glue) and coordinate w/venders for printing & slitting

Assist with manufacturing supervision and reviewing work detail

Ensuring all departments are following OSHA Safety regulations

Shipping Duties

Processing/Reviewing shipping quantities are correct

Place shipments, trace trucks, update status

Maintain accurate shipping logs of daily shipments and documentation.

Schedule PTS truck for local deliveries
