    Description

    Role Overview:
    As a Live Event Production Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating seamless live events from conception to execution.

    Your keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and ability to think on your feet will be instrumental in ensuring the success of each event.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
    Develop comprehensive production plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, technical setup, and vendor management.
    Oversee on-site execution, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure a flawless experience for attendees.
    Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations.

    Requirements:
    Proven experience in live event production, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events.
    Passion for the live events industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
