Description: InterCare is a Federally Qualified Health Center that offers employees eligibility for the National Student Loan Forgiveness program. This position allows partial remote work (3 days off-site and 2 days on-site).

InterCare is looking for a Full-Time IT Network Administrator to join the team. At InterCare, you'll experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with competitive compensation starting at $29.09/hr and a comprehensive benefits package including vacation/personal paid time off, sick time, holidays, tuition reimbursement, medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance.

Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional evening and weekend hours.

The Network Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of core network infrastructure and telecommunications systems. Key responsibilities include:

Managing internal core infrastructure and network edge devices and services.
Day-to-day management of network devices.
Configuring and securing site-to-site VPNs.
Managing wireless networks for optimal performance and security.
Coordinating services with ISPs.
Leading network technology projects and solutions.
Providing end-user support and help desk management.

Requirements:

General Development:

Professional and Technical Knowledge:

IT-related degree or certification (Cisco CCNA).
Experience with Cisco communications products.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cisco CLI.
Strong troubleshooting abilities.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Physical Demands:

Physical agility to perform various tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
Visual acuity and auditory capabilities.
