    We are currently seeking a highly skilled Office 365 Engineer to join our dynamic Infrastructure team. As a Office 365 Engineer, you will play a crucial role as the primary escalation point for moderate to complex issues related to MS Office 365, Teams, and Azure AD/Entra ID, both on-premises and in the Cloud. This position offers an exciting opportunity for infrastructure engineers with expertise in supporting the Microsoft framework and managing various Microsoft licensing models, access controls, recovery processes, and resource sharing best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Experience Troubleshooting Tier 2 and Tier 3 MS Office 365, Teams, and Azure AD/Entra ID issues, taking accountability for identifying and resolving root causes.
    • Resolve assigned Tier 2 & Tier 3 issues and manage outages in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Respond to client support tickets and manage the team queue efficiently.
    • Engage with users, vendors, and stakeholders to understand and document their needs, requirements, issues, and risks, ensuring clear communication and understanding among both technical and non-technical groups.
    • Develop and maintain custom scripts and processes to enhance automation, system efficiency, and reduce downtime, utilizing tools such as vCron, PowerShell, and Power BI.
    • Follow and seek to improve established systems engineering, configuration management, and change management processes.
    • Represent the team as a technical expert, demonstrating professionalism and confidence in critical decision-making.
    • Deliver weekly presentations to the infrastructure team, providing updates on variables, delays, and project timelines.
    • Actively update project status within Planner and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
    • Participate in on-call support rotation, including after-hours support, for one week per month.

    This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Fully remote work options are not available.
