    Description

    The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Field Service Engineer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in San Diego, CA. Details for the position are as follows:

    Pay Range: $35-43/hr
    Contract until end of year with possible extension or conversion
    Remote with local travel, mileage reimbursed

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for the vital work of maintaining diagnostic tools, which directly influences patient health and well-being.
    • Work independently, handle troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs of company equipment, including providing excellent and efficient service to company customers, along with technical training on products. Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times.
    • Utilize business systems such as OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for Service Call Planning and advancing team goals.
    Qualifications:
    • Associate's degree
