    We're currently seeking a dynamic, success-driven Senior Cost Estimator to join our growing team in Southern California This role will support clients' needs across all

    market

    sectors in the region

    .

    Create estimates, studies, analyses, and evaluations, at all levels of project development

    .
    Provide conceptual-level estimates

    ,

    detailed quantity

    take-off,

    change order reviews/reconciliations,

    and value engineering solutions as necessary.
    Provide a detailed review of all documentation and develop comprehensive cost estimates/models that communicate client's project and strategic goals

    .
    Ensu

    re a

    quality product is presented to the client

    by adhering

    to QA/QC procedures.
    Communicate effectively through clear and concise means appropriate to the project goals

    .
    Actively research, solicit, and develop sources/vendors for compiling and maintaining accuracy of cost information.
    Oversee, mentor

    , and develop other Estimators in the region.
    Support business development efforts by d

    , promot

    ing

    , and maintain

    ing

    client relationships

    through the

    creation

    of cost exhibits

    for proposals, meetings, presentations, etc.
    Advanced level of

    cost estimating experience

    across

    vertical construction/engineering projects

    , to include, but not limited to conceptual estimating, take-offs, change order review/reconciliation, value engineering

    solutions

    , etc.
    Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents at all levels of design.
    Expert user On Screen Takeoff (OST) software or similar industry software.
    Advanced

    Microsoft

    Excel user and p

    roficient

    in

    Microsoft Office Suite.
    Bachelor's Degree

    preferred.
