    Description

    Engineering Construction ESTIMATOR: We are a 30-year-old company based in San Diego, providing consulting and engineering construction services. Looking for an experienced and highly capable Estimator for Engineering Construction & Land Development Projects. This is a salaried position. Compensation will be commensurate with skill and experience.

    Details:

    Responsibilities:

    • accurate budgets and construction estimates.
    • an accurate scope of work and then the correct manpower and equipment required to efficiently complete the scope of work.
    • thorough and accurate bid packages and administer bid solicitations.
    • and coordinate with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • manage the Estimating Department staff, assign tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Job Costs and develop monthly job costing reports.
    • and interpret plans, specifications, and other construction documents.

    Qualifications:

    • experience as an Engineering Construction Estimator.
    • knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
    • skilled at interpreting plans, soils reports and other types of construction documents.
    • computer skills.
    • communication and leadership skills.
    • problem-solving skills, as well as an attention to detail.

    Salary Commensurate with experience
