The company specializes in industrial and commercial buildings, covering all aspects of construction design and development.

    Job Description: Seeking a dedicated Construction Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating project costs by reviewing proposals, blueprints, and specifications to determine labor, material, and time requirements.

    Construction Estimator Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Review project documentation to understand requirements thoroughly
    • Analyze and track essential metrics
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of data and metrics
    • Prepare accurate forecasts
    • Perform risk analysis
    • Present reports to senior management
    • Evaluate project offers
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key vendors

    Construction Estimator Requirements:

    • 2-5 years of experience as a construction estimator
    • Proficiency in project management
    • Hands-on experience in data analysis
    • Knowledge of data analysis methods and KPIs
    • Familiarity with software like Timberline or HCSS HeavyBid
    • Effective time-management and multitasking abilities
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • BA in engineering, construction science, or related field
