For this position we are looking for someone with experience in estimating and at least one year of experience in the landscaping field.

Reporting to the office Monday through Friday this role involves:

reviewing potential project plans, creating detailed estimates, field visits to sites, and actively searching to improve future estimates and results.

As a construction estimator you will complete take-offs, put together proposals, and calculate the entire or partial completion of projects as needed for clientele.

As an estimator you will also resolve cost differences by analyzing and collecting information, writing, and presenting budgets, reports, and project plans.

An estimator in this role will also evaluate offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.

Proficient knowledge of landscaping and ability to conduct site visits for estimating purposes is a requirement as well as the ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.

Proficiency with Microsoft excel is also required.

Pay:
$ $33.65 per hour
