    Description
    The Conflict Intake Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing conflict of interest reports for the organization.

    This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of conflicts of interest principles and procedures.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a conflicts department, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

    This position features a hybrid plan of 8 days onsite per month, the rest being remote.


    Responsibilities:
    Review conflict of interest reports and identify potential conflictsConduct research to determine the nature and extent of conflictsCommunicate with attorneys and other stakeholders to gather additional informationAnalyze conflicts data and prepare conflict reportsAssist in developing conflict resolution strategiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date conflict recordsAssist in training and mentoring junior staff membersStay current on conflicts of interest rules and regulations$60,000 - $80,000 a year
