    Description

    Job Title: Intake Specialist

    Location: Chicago, IL - Onsite Monday through Friday

    Industry: Legal Services

    Pay: $60,000 - $72,000 per year

    Our client is a reputable legal services firm based in Chicago, IL, specializing in representing clients in medical malpractice cases.

    Job Description:

    Our client is seeking an Intake Specialist to join their team. This position involves handling new client inquiries, managing potential leads, and assisting with website and advertising tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conducting initial screenings of potential clients
    • Managing and organizing new client leads
    • Communicating with potential clients to gather necessary information
    • Handling new client paperwork and follow-up correspondence
    • Coordinating with advertising personnel to update website content and approve blogs

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
    • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Typing speed of at least 65 words per minute
