    Description

    The ideal candidate has a passion for real estate and a desire to learn in a dynamic, fast paced environment. In this position, you will be expected to wear multiple hats, take on projects as they arise, and collaborate with multiple disciplines. Your ability to "go with the flow" and be a self-starter will be critical to your success. Our most successful team members are organized self-starters who can multitask and prioritize in an ever-evolving environment, able to work independently and in teams, and communicate in a clear and timely fashion. The Marketing Intern will work Monday through Friday (40 hour week) throughout the summer.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop social calendars, collaborate with graphics team to create customer branded graphics for posts; obtain content plan approvals and publish
    • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
    • Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
    • Perform analysis of marketing data including integration of Sprout Social reporting with monthly community reports
    • Prepare detailed promotional presentation to review social media findings with ESL executives and communities
    • Provide support to the Marketing departments
    • Collaborate with multiple departments
    • Ad hoc and special projects as needed
    Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
    • In process undergraduate degree with an emphasis in Real Estate, Marketing, Communications required
    • 1+ years of past industry internship experience preferred
    • 1+ years of Sprout Social, Facebook ads and posting, LinkedIn posting, and Google ads experience preferred
    • Skills:
      • Multi-tasking
      • Ability to take direction
      • Aptitude in Microsoft Office
      • Excellent verbal and written communication
