Exciting Opportunity as a Broker Manager at Devoted

Join our team at Devoted as a Broker Manager, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting our independent agents. Working closely with Operations and field sales management, your primary focus will be to ensure the success and engagement of brokers, aligning them with Devoted's mission and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions:

• Implementing the market plan for brokers
• Analyzing reports to drive increased production
• Offering real-time feedback and training for brokers
• Influencing brokers to boost sales through product positioning and brand promotion
• Managing a designated territory and driving sales goals
• Building relationships with brokers and agencies to enhance brand promotion
• Ensuring daily activities align with sales objectives
• Maintaining compliance with organizational policies
• Collaborating effectively with the sales team

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Pennsylvania State insurance license
• Unrestricted driver's license
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in data analytics and technology
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and value proposition
• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines
• Self-driven, organized, and knowledgeable about the market

Competitive Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, with additional commission potential based on performance.
