    SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
    $21/hr – $26/hr Depending on experience

    POSITION OVERVIEW:


    As the Luxury Sales Assistants, you will be the face of our client's luxury fashion brand, providing exceptional service to the discerning clientele.

    Your role will be to create unforgettable experiences for the customers and foster long-lasting relationships, ensuring their needs and desires are met with grace and expertise.


    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LUXURY SALES ASSISTANTS:

    Client engagement:
    Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

    Product knowledge:
    Develop a deep understanding of our luxury fashion collections to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.

    Personalized service:
    Tailor your interactions to each client's preferences and needs, building strong rapport.

    Clienteling:
    Maintain client records, track preferences, and follow up with personalized recommendations and updates.

    Sales and targets:
    Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship-building and product knowledge.

    Merchandising support:
    Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure products are showcased effectively.

    Feedback and insights:
    Gather client feedback and market insights to contribute to product improvements and customer experience enhancements.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE LUXURY SALES ASSISTANTS:
    Previous experience in a luxury retail or client advisory role is preferred.
    Strong passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for style.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    Sales-driven and results-oriented.
    Professional appearance and demeanor.
    Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Proficiency in using technology for client communication and record-keeping.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
    Associate's degree is required.
