Join our team at one of our specialty stores in Germany as a Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in the field of audiology in Oldenwald (Erbach).

Your responsibilities:

As a Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the specialty store and actively maintain our customer relationships.
You will be responsible for organizing our specialty store, including calendar planning and order and inventory management.
You will provide administrative support to your colleagues and contribute to achieving our team's sales targets.
You will assist our audiologists with pre and postappointment tasks.
In addition to handling billing, you will also be responsible for communicating with health insurance companies.
You will inspire our customers with our accessory products and explain their use.

Your profile:

You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d), hotel specialist (m/f/d), restaurant specialist (m/f/d), flight attendant (m/f/d), or have several years of experience in the service sector.
Your open communication style and organizational skills impress our customers.
You are flexible, responsible, and empathetic.
You enjoy working in a team and are committed to achieving shared success.
