Our client in Saxony is currently seeking a senior consultant (m/f/d) for the Department of Gastroenterology at their hospital in Waterville.

The hospital is a primary and standard care provider with approximately 100 beds and specializes in gastroenterology, pneumology, hematology-oncology, palliative medicine, interdisciplinary endoscopy, infectious diseases, and sleep medicine. The department has two wards with a total of 60 inpatient beds, a palliative care unit with 6 beds, a sleep laboratory, and a large functional department with endoscopy and a gastroenterology outpatient clinic. All diagnostic and interventional procedures are performed endoscopically, and there is a 24-hour on-call service for emergency endoscopies.

The hospital is located in a small town in the state of Saxony. Numerous cultural institutions offer a variety of activities for guests from near and far. The local castle is a unique architectural gem in Saxony and houses a museum and art collection with a significant collection of paintings, pewter and porcelain, militaria, furniture, and old graphics.
