    Description

    Job Description Summary:

    The Regional Operations Specialist acts as a primary backup to the Operations Manager, overseeing and managing the operational aspects of the region.

    They help ensure compliance with policies and regulations, optimize processes and drive efficiency to help achieve regional organizational goals. They oversee various operational functions, including performing roles as needed and directed by the Operations Manager.


    Role and responsibilities:

    Operating Expense & Facilities:

    Monitors and justifies monthly expenses to Ops Manager and RM based on planResponsible for proper allocation of any CO-OP collections of Cash or Products with HQ financeCommercial:Support customer service repsProcess Returns & credits under the direction of the Ops ManagerMonitor inventory turns (adjust the profile as needed).

    Support Service TechsLiaise with regional/sales managers, customer service and sales representativesAdministrative:

    Primary contact for warehouse personnel (Hubs)Maintains a detailed record of all regional demos, sizing sets, burn productAssist with invoicing as neededAssist with training as neededSupports annual physical inventory RequirementsRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.

    Proven experience in operations management or a related role, with a strong understanding of operational processes and logistics.
    Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
    Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

    Willingness to travel within the region, if necessaryAbility to work well in a team environmentAble to perform basic business math (profit margin, etc.)Must be proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteDesired CharacteristicsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).An out-of-the-box thinker who can help identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains and collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements.

    This role may need to travel within the assigned region to visit operational sites and meet with regional teams or clients.

    The role may also require some level of flexibility to address operational issues outside of regular business hours.
