    Description
    Join our esteemed client as an

    SEC Reporting Manager


    and become a pivotal player in their dynamic finance team They are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead their SEC reporting efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities of the


    SEC Reporting Manager :
    Oversee the preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and disclosures for reporting purposes.

    Stay abreast of evolving accounting standards and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.

    Lead the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and regulatory updates.

    Develop and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting processes.

    Serve as a subject matter expert on SEC reporting matters, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

    Qualifications of the


    SEC Reporting Manager :
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.

    Extensive experience (X+ years) in SEC reporting within a publicly traded company or public accounting firm.

    Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

    Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
