- Drive AI image generation in Photoshop and Firefly to support brand marketing campaigns, product releases, events, advertising, and demos.
- Under creative direction from Brand Marketing ECD and CDs, push the boundaries of new AI tools to produce assets that are on brand and of the highest level of quality and precision.
- Generate a bank of AI-generated imagery showcasing new features, inspiring next-gen creators, and driving engagement.
- Build feature-specific image libraries that serve marketing creative needs across the funnel.
- Work closely with the product team and stakeholders on new features in development to understand capabilities and define optimal outputs in advance of releases.
- Partner with the product, art, and marketing teams to drive best-in-class AI creative for the Adobe brand.
- Provide direction/feedback to team/partners, as well as being hands-on to create assets & deliverables.
- Strong aesthetic skills and ability to generate imagery that adheres to Adobe brand guidelines.
- Experience working with teams solving ambiguous problems and crafting big picture strategies driven by design.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a prerequisite.
- Ability to socialize new insights and ideas with strong design rationale.
- Exceptional attention to detail and process.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, flexible environment.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Education in illustration, art, graphic design, marketing, or equivalent combination of experience.
- 8+ years of practical experience in the domain space, with 3+ years' experience working in an ACD leadership role.
- 3 years expert experience generating text-prompt-based AI imagery in at least one of these tools: Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Firefly
- Online portfolio of original and breakthrough work with examples of innovative creation of AI-generated imagery
