Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Booking of banks and cash, as well as payment and reminder processes
  • Budget planning and preparation of reports for group controlling
  • Preparation for tax audits and financial statement preparation
  • Creation of payment files
  • Completion of statistical reports such as Intrastat
  • General office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk or tax specialist (m/f/d)
  • Experience in accounting and knowledge of HGB accounting standards
  • DATEV knowledge
  • MS Office, especially Excel
  • Reliability and independent and structured work style
  • Teamwork, flexibility, independence, and reliability
